Tina Maloney

Tina and Phillip have owned property and vacationed in the Lake Keowee area since 1998. In 2012, they decided to leave Corporate America and make the Upstate their family’s new home.

Tina grew up in the small town of Oneonta, Alabama. After graduating from The University of Alabama, she immediately started work for Procter & Gamble in sales in Orlando, Florida. After almost 6 years, Tina moved to Cincinnati, Ohio, where she met her husband Phillip. She worked in marketing and advertising at P&G for the next 18 years. During those years, Tina worked in several roles, including Brand Manager US Tide, Marketing Director of North America Baby Care (Pampers and Luvs), and Director Corporate Brand Franchise. She developed strong skills in leadership, collaboration, and analysis, as well as business and marketing plan development and execution. The family spent 2 years in Kobe, Japan, before moving to the Upstate.

While Tina truly enjoyed all the years at Procter & Gamble, she often dreamed about moving back home to the South one day and working alongside her husband. That dream became a reality. Tina, Phillip, and their 3 children (Jacob, Matthew, and Jessica) enjoy the weather, lakes, mountains, and Southern hospitality of the Upstate. As empty nesters now, Tina and Phillip enjoy traveling and spending time with their adult children. College football is still a great love of the family. After working as a Graduate Assistant for Clemson football, Jacob is now the Director of Football Operations at the University of Oklahoma. Matthew played linebacker and special teams for 4 years on the Clemson team. He is now an MBA student at Clemson. Jessica, an exercise and sports science major, is a sophomore at the University of Georgia.

With her vast experience in Sales and Marketing and her love for this area, Tina offers a unique perspective to the local real estate market. She loves to meet new people and will work to understand your needs and desires relative to selling or buying property in the Lake Keowee and Clemson areas. She will provide the right research, analysis, and full service throughout the process to ensure a successful outcome. Tina will put her 24 years of corporate sales and marketing experience, as well as her 10 years of local experience, to work to help you and your family live your dream.
