James Hansen

James has worked in real estate since 2006, following a 20-year career in university administration. He has helped clients buy and sell commercial and residential properties throughout Oconee, Pickens, and Anderson Counties. He has worked with a wide variety of properties, ranging from single-wide mobile homes to apartment complexes, from lake homes to acreage.

Along with his Real Estate license, James also holds a Residential Homebuilder license and does a significant number of remodels each year.

James is married to Kelly and has lived in Oconee County since 1993. They have four adult children and two grandchildren. James and Kelly enjoy restoring neglected homes into showpieces, relaxing on Lake Keowee, and taking an occasional sailboat outing.
