Crescent Communities

The single-family residential communities created by Crescent Resources are recognized as some of the finest in the country. The company has developed more than 50 master-planned communities in desirable locations in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Texas.

We are fortunate to have 16 Crescent communities on the beautiful waters of Lake Keowee. The communities vary in location, size, and amenities, but all demonstrate a commitment to quality and the environment.

Waterside Crossing

Waterside Crossing on Lake Keowee is located in Oconee County about 9 miles north of Seneca and 11 miles northwest of Clemson. It is one of the newer Crescent Community developments and features larger lots with beautiful views of Lake Keowee and distant Blue Ridge Mountains.  Amenities include a clubhouse, junior Olympic swimming pool, tennis courts, walking trail, picnic pavilion, playgrounds, boat slips, and lake access.

Waterford Communities

Waterford - Waterford subdivision is located just off Highway 130, making it convenient to both Seneca and Greenville. Waterford has a clubhouse, pool, and tennis courts.

Waterford Farms - Waterford Farms is a neighborhood of large, estate-sized homesites. Although not directly on Lake Keowee, each property has a deeded boat slip and use of a boat ramp.

Waterford Pointe - Waterford Pointe is the largest of the Waterford family of developments at Lake Keowee. Waterford Pointe features a wide variety of traditional styled, executive homes. Many lots include lake frontage and scenic views. Waterford Pointe has great amenities with a lakefront clubhouse, swimming pool, lighted tennis courts, playground, walking trail, and common grounds.

Waterford Ridge - Waterford Ridge was developed by Crescent Communities in 2006. It has 52 large wooded lots, many having waterfront and/or mountain views. Almost all interior lots have a boat slip assigned to the lot. Waterford Ridge is conveniently located about 1 mile from the lakefront Lighthouse/Cabana Restaurants, 5 miles from Seneca, 10 from Clemson, and 35 from Greenville. The community has a pond and community boat slip.

Crestview

Crestview is located just off Highway 188 on the southern end of Lake Keowee, just minutes from shopping, dining, and great health care in Seneca. Crestview is an all waterfront community and has boat slips and boat ramps.

Harbor Oaks

Harbor Oaks has 44 properties, 39 of which are waterfront. At nearby High Falls Park, you will find a playground, tennis courts, volleyball court, fishing docks, and campsites.

Hidden Harbor

Hidden Harbor is on the western shore of Lake Keowee off Biggerstaff Road in Seneca. Surrounding one of the most tranquil, deep-water coves, this gated community is distinguished by towering oaks that shade its 11, one-acre-plus homesites, all water-front.

Highlands

One of Crescent Communities newest developments, Highlands on Lake Keowee is located off of Highway 183 and has 76 properties: 61 are waterfront, and 15 are interior with deeded boat slips.

Laurel Ridge

Laurel Ridge, located near S.C. 188 and toward the southern end of Lake Keowee, is a relatively young community of 42 homesites (36 waterfront) on gentle terrain.

Mountain View Pointe

Mountain View Pointe is just south of the World of Energy and has one of Lake Keowee's easiest commutes to Greenville. Mountain View Pointe on Lake Keowee has 25 waterfront lots, many with long-range views, and 4 interior lots with boat slips.

Pineridge Pointe

PineRidge Pointe is on High Falls Rd in Seneca, near the center of the lake across from Keowee Key. The community offers 24 waterfront lots and 3 interior lots.

Pointe Harbor

Pointe Harbor is on the west side of Lake Keowee, just off Highway 188 and less than one mile from Keowee Elementary School. Surrounded by deep waters, Pointe Harbor is a wonderful place to boat and enjoy wide open views. Pointe Harbor has 30 homesites, 26 of which are waterfront.

Riverstone

Riverstone is located next to Keowee Key. The community features large wooded homesites on a northwest cove of Lake Keowee, with some homesites having views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Amenities include a neighborhood meeting area with fireplace, as well as boat slips and a boat ramp.

Southwind Bay

Southwind Bay is located off Biggerstaff Road just above Seneca. There are 29 waterfront homesites and 10 interior sites (with deeded boat slips). The neighborhood offers gorgeous long-range Lake Keowee views. There is a boat landing for community use.

Westwood Bay

Westwood Bay is located just off Highway 188 on the southern end of Lake Keowee, making it close to shopping, dining, and health care in Seneca. There are 39 properties in Westwood Bay, many of which are waterfront. There are boat slips for interior properties.
